I. Let's Chat

Before you book your wedding date with me we need to make sure we are a good fit for each other! I want us to get to know one another a little bit so you can be sure that I am the perfect photographer for you. Its absolutely important that you like me! That may sound silly but you're going to be spending alllllll day with me on one of the most important days of your life. When we click, your photos will come out 100x more natural. Vs. someone you feel uncomfortable around. After you inquire with me we will set up a zoom call so we can chat and you can ask me all the questions! 

II. Book your Date

Once you decide I'm a good fit for you I'm all yours!!! I will send you a contract and invoice for you to sign and make your first payment. There is a 30% retainer to secure your date upon signing. Everything is online in one email. You can use a credit or debit card. After that initial payment the remaining balance will be due at least 2 weeks before your wedding day. You can make payments throughout the year or make one payment on the due date. You also have the option to set up auto pay for your convenience!

Iii. Engagement Session

First things first, your engagement session!! We will pick a date, a location you're vibing with, some super cute outfits and then we will go explore! I have a million locations in Southern California from Santa Barbra to San Diego. You can tell me what type of photos you are drawn to and then I'll send you some location options to choose from. If you have a specific location in mind we can do that too! We can keep things simple with a romantic beach session. Or you can get dressed up in a goodwill and have a fun date night with tequila  and cowboys hats. The sky is the limit! I will absolutely  help with styling outfits for you if you need some help in that area. 

IV. Prep For Your Day

You can email me any day and night with questions! I have been to a million weddings and I am happy to give any advise you may need. A few months before your wedding we will do a zoom call to talk about your day of timeline. I want to make sure we are able to get all the photos that are important to you. I will then create a photo timeline that you can give to your coordinator so she can make the master timeline.

V. Wedding Day

I don't want you to worry about a thing!! My hope for you is that you can remain present while my team and I work with the coordinator to ensure the day goes perfect and smooth. I will make sure your family and your wedding party know exactly where to be and when in an organized fashion. 1. So that everything goes off without a hitch. 2. So that you get the photos of your dreams. 

Vi. Delivery

After your wedding day I will send you some sneak peeks within 1 week. I try my very best to get them to you within 48 hours so you can post on social media and share with your friends/family. Sometimes life happens and I cannot get them to you that soon but I guarantee 50+ photos within 1 week. 8-10 weeks after your big day I will send you an email with your full wedding gallery. If you are doing both photo + video I will also share a dropbox link to your 3 edited wedding videos. A few weeks later I will mail you a hard drive with your edited wedding photos, HD + 4K versions of your edited wedding videos, and all the RAW wedding video footage. I will keep all your files in my storage for 6 months. 6 months after your wedding day everything will be deleted from my storage systems. Upon delivery I will send you instructions for keeping your photos+videos safe for eternity!
